We’re having a St Patrick’s Day Wine Paring Dinner with Guest Speaker Thomas Bougetz from Bougetz Cellars on March 17th beginning at 7:00 pm
The wine dinner includes these four courses:
1st Course – Sauvignon Blanc Paired with an Irish Whiskey Fondue.
2nd Course – Pinot Noir Paired with an Irish Pub Salad with Tarragon Dressing.
3rd Course – “Parched” Cabernet Paired with Lamb Chops, Colcannan Potatoes and Roasted Carrots.
4th Course – “Amaryllis” Cabernet Paired with a Baileys Irish Cream Cheesecake.
